My passion is in working with those who struggle with OCD and anxiety disorders. I also have experience in and enjoy working with folks around relational issues, difficult family dynamics, and trauma.
I currently work with adults only, and am licensed in Illinois and Indiana.
I am a big fan of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. I also incorporate Attachment theory, mindful self compassion and person-centered approaches.
